What I like about it? These pasta cook just like the regular wheat based pasta. Boil in hot water for 9-11 minutes and the pasta comes out al dente. It is certified gluten-free so safe for people with coeliac disease. I It is a good source of fibre with 5g per serve. This box is 227g and it feed our family of 4 quite comfortably after we added all sort of vegetables and nuts to it. A good way to introduce legumes to family. The ingredients are non-GMO, and there is no trace of the 'beany' smell or taste that some people dislikes.

I bought them from my local vegan shop at Baulkham Hills (https://www.facebook.com/AllAboutEmpathyVeganShop/).

What I don't like about it? Nothing nutritionally I can fault but it is not readily available in major supermarkets. Although I don't mind it, as I like to support local small businesses.

Would I give them to my children? Yes definitely. It was a hit with the family.
