Do you provide meal plans?
Many people ask me this. The short answer is yes as part of our session as a discussion and teaching tool.

Sample meal plan works well in early stage of learning as it puts all the knowledge in practice. To follow a meal plan cuts down on decision making at each meal time.

That said, meal plans do have some downsides:
-
They can feel restrictive and don’t always fit the needs of others in the household;
-
Seasonal changes and food availability can make them hard to stick to. We have all forgotten to defrost our ingredients;
-
Most people find them difficult to follow long-term;
-
Sometimes we just don't feel like what is on the meal plan on that day.

At SC Nutrition, you will learn the knowledge, skills and confidence to plan meals suitable for your health. This way, you can enjoy flexible, realistic, and sustainable eating habits that suit your lifestyle, food preferences, and nutrition needs.
For those who prefer more structure, I do offer personalised meal plans as an optional, fee-based service. Fees varies depends on the number of days and meals required. This ensures you get both the guidance you need and the flexibility to make it work in real life. Starting price is
