What I like about it?
If you haven't tried these before, this product is described as 'an exotic, wholesome blend of cashews, almonds and peanuts with crispy multigrain noodles and green peas'. The 'noodles' are made from flours from both grain, potato and two types of legumes. I think that it is a good way to introduce different types of snacks apart from the usual potato or grain based snacks. I would called this a 'self-limiting' snack due to the spice level, so a small amount goes a long way.
What I don’t like about it?
Just like any other savoury snacks, the sodium content is quite high. According to the nutrition information, nearly half (48%) is fat which makes it a rather high fat food.
Would I give them to my children?
My children do enjoy these spiced snacks occasionally.
