Product review: Messy Monkey CHEESE FLAVOURED WHOLE GRAIN BITES
My little one bought this product from school one day and show me the empty pack. Let's have a closer look.

What I like about it? These little ring of snack foods are gluten free and contain sources of wholegrain. The serving size per packet is 20g. It is a source of fibre and a good way to introduce different types of grains. It has a higher Health Star Rating than most of other snack foods.
What I don't like about it? It is still a higher sodium choice. It comes in 8 small bags in a big bag in the supermarket aisle. The environment friendly part of me is not keen on generating so much waste, particularly for bag-free Wednesdays at school. It contains cream powder so it is not a vegan option.
Would I give them to my children? I will have to instruct my children to buy the burger and the pizza flavour instead, as those flavours are vegan.
