What I like about it?

I reviewed a similar product one year ago, which is the Protein Plus soy milk with blue packaging. The different between the blue packaging (now discontinued) and this current one mainly is the additional of Vitamin B12 and a few other vitamins.

Again, this soy milk is probably one of a few commercial soy milks in the market that does not contain any added oil, nor emulsifiers. Sunflower oil is usually added in plant-based milk to add creaminess. Fortunately, this soy milk does not contain any added oil. It is also a good source of soy protein (10g per 250ml glass) and calcium. The soy protein is from whole soy bean and not isolated soy protein. This may be important if you have a medical history of breast cancer. It also does not contain any added sugar such as sucrose or syrup.

Taste wise, it has quite a mild taste and it is not too 'beany'. Our family has been using this for a while and everyone likes it in the family.

What I don’t like about it?

Nothing really. Some may find it quite creamy but personally I really like it in coffee and my cereal. It doesn't split so it is a great improvement from the previous soy milk in the blue packaging.

Would I give them to my children?

Definitely.
