Booking

Booking can be done online via this link. Once  you book an appointment online, you will receive a confirmation sms followed by an email with the details of your appointment on the same day Another SMS reminder or email will be sent to you 3 days before an appointment.  We kindly ask that you respond. SC Nutrition reserves the right to book another client who needs that appointment time slot if no confirmation was received within 2 days of your appointment.

Cancellation policy

For us to provide you with the best and most accessible service, there are fees for cancellations and missed appointments.  In order to avoid these fees, please provide us as much notice as possible either via email info@shirleychandietitian.com.au or by phone 0491 681 195.

Cancellations made within 24-48 hours                                          50% of usual Session Fee applies 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice                    Full Session Fee applies 

Missed Appointments                                                                          Full Session Fee applies 

 

Why are cancellation fees charged?

Cancellation fees are charged as the time has been set aside for you and cannot be filled at short notice.  These fees are not covered by Medicare; they are your responsibility and become due immediately.

SC Nutrition reserves the right to reschedule appointments at any time, without compensation, if it is deemed necessary due to staff illness or other unforeseen circumstance.
