What is Telehealth?

Telehealth consultations are conducted either as a video call or a phone call, depending on your preference. 

No special software is needed for our telehealth service.  All your need is a smart phone or a laptop.

Video consultations are similar to a face-to-face consultation. Shirley can share her screen during consultation. Additionally, if you would like up to two support people to join from the same or separate locations, Shirley can send them individual video links to dial into the appointment.

Phone consultations are conducted by telephone, and the consultation is exactly the same as in-person or via video.
