Refund policy

All meal plans sold by SC Nutrition are custom-created and delivered within the time frame stated in the website. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you simply no longer want the meal plan. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or similar reasons after the service has commenced (e.g., once the personalised plan has been delivered).

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement only if the product has a major issue. A major problem is defined by specific criteria: if the service is fundamentally unfit for its intended purpose, unsafe, or simply doesn't do what was promised.

Service Delivery and Revisions

We strive to deliver your customized meal plan promptly and accurately based on the information you provide in the intake form. If you believe the plan provided does not meet the agreed-upon brief, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the meal plan so we can address and revise the plan accordingly. This service includes one free meal plan revision. Any additional revision will incur additional cost.
