What questions are in the questionnaires?
In order to develop your personalised meal plan according to your needs, information including your age, gender, height, weight, eating habits, food preferences, food allergies/intolerances, dietary needs and activity levels will be most helpful. See our Meal Plan Order Form here.

I already have a recipe book. What is the difference between a recipe book and a meal plan?
A customised meal plan developed by a dietitian has specific health benefits in mind, whether it is for specific health goals or general health such as anti-inflammation. It also provides to certain energy level with adequate micro-nutrients profile. Recipes are great for meal ideas and introduction to new food ingredients.

I have specific needs. Can your meal plan accommodate?
Yes. Whether you need a Low FODMAP, vegan, gluten-free, mediterranean diet etc, our meal plan is able to accommodate. I haven' seen a dietitian. Can I still get a meal plan?
Of course! If you are generally well without a medical condition, feel free to order a meal plan with SC Nutrition.
If you have a medical condition, it is advisable to seek professional dietetics advice prior to making changes to your diet. Dietitian appointment can be booked here.
