 Telehealth appointments can be booked here. 

  1. Click to choose a video call (Halaxy Telehealth video call) or telephone appointment.

  2. Enter your name, phone number and email address. 

  3. You will receive an appointment confirmation and a secure Halaxy link (for video call) via text and email.

  4. Click the link at your appointment time—no software downloads required
